Burrata di Andria IGP is one of the fastest emerging and growing products belonging to the Italian cuisine. Born in Southern Italy, in Puglia region Burrata has started to build its presence in the market in the last years. It’s sweetness and milky taste have conquered the hearts of thousands of people all over the world. This soft delicacy has an envelope of Mozzarella which is filled by a mixture of “straccetti” stretched paste and pasteurized cream, knotted at the top. It’s peculiar composition, gives this product the most incredible consistency, where the external part is more elastic and the heart is creamy and milky.
