Erborinato al Tartufo creamy and soft, easily spreadable. To prepare this delicious cheese the starting base is Gorgonzola Spoon and then chopped truffle is added (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) The Truffle flavour perfectly blends with the Gorgonzola, sweet and creamy creating a pleasant mixture. This is perfect to eat together with honey, walnuts and toasted bread accompanied by white wine.
